Spring Forward 2026 is a one-day, in-person event organised and delivered by Tracy Fensome and Debbie Allen, acting as independent professionals.
Payments for this event are processed via Signature Academy for administrative purposes only. Signature Academy is not the event organiser and has no responsibility for event delivery, content, or attendee experience.
1. Your ticket
Your ticket provides access to the Spring Forward 2026 event and includes:
Attendance at all scheduled sessions
Guest speakers
Interactive group activities and discussions
Event workbook and materials
Arrival refreshments, tea/coffee, light bites and lunch
Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
2. Booking confirmation
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email for your records.
3. Programme changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule or content where necessary. Any changes will be made with the intention of delivering an experience of equal value.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Spring Forward 2026 is a fixed-date, in-person event. All tickets are non-refundable . Can be transferable. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds or transfers will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to attend.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, attendees will be offered either:
A full refund; or A transfer to a rescheduled date (if applicable).
5. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for delay, changes or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, venue issues, illness, transport disruption or events affecting safety. In such circumstances, we will act reasonably and fairly, and liability shall be limited to the ticket price paid.
6. Conduct and participation
Spring Forward 2026 is intended to be a respectful, supportive and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
7. Photography, video, feedback & testimonials
Photography and video recording will take place during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on websites and social media.
Attendance at the event constitutes consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, unless you notify us on the day.
If you do not wish to appear in published images or video, please inform us on arrival and we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are not included in publicly shared content.
Attendees may be invited to provide verbal feedback or testimonials at the end of the event. A feedback form will also be sent following the event. Any testimonials used publicly will only be shared with your consent.
8. Private Facebook group
As part of the event experience, attendees will be invited to join a private Facebook group connected to Spring Forward 2026. Participation is optional.
9. Bonus Mentoring Access
As part of Spring Forward 2026, attendees will receive complimentary access to a private Facebook group hosted by Tracy Fensome and Debbie Allen for a defined support period (the “Bonus Mentoring Period”), advertised as a £500 value.
The private group will open approximately one week prior to the event to allow for introductions and connection within a curated, intimate setting.
Active mentoring support will run for one calendar month following the event. After this period, the group may remain accessible on a view-only basis for confirmed attendees, unless otherwise advised. The organisers reserve the right to close the group at a future date.
During the active support period, the organisers will provide:
- Topic-led live sessions delivered within the group
- Structured group hot-seat coaching sessions (10-minute pre-booked slots within a group setting)
- Ongoing guidance, accountability and peer connection
Session dates, times and topics will be communicated following the event.
Hot-seat sessions are delivered in a group format and places per session are limited. All confirmed attendees will have the opportunity to book one hot-seat session during the active support period. Hot-seat sessions must be scheduled and completed within the stated one-month period and will not be carried over.
The Bonus Mentoring Period:
Is offered as an enhancement to the overall event experience
Has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded
Does not include private one-to-one coaching
Is available only to confirmed event attendees
Is time-limited and will not be extended due to non-attendance
Recordings or replays of live sessions are not guaranteed.
The bonus mentoring element is provided as an additional benefit and does not constitute a separate contractual service. It does not alter the event refund policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
